How is the price worked out?

£3.50 per staff member on the rota each month, plus VAT. Managers count as staff; people who have left don’t. It grows and shrinks with your team.

What if we have fewer than 8 staff?

The price starts from 8 staff, so the smallest bill is £28 a month + VAT.

What if our team changes during the month?

Your bill follows your team. Add or remove staff whenever you like, and the next bill is adjusted for the part of the month they were on the rota.

What’s included?

Everything: every feature, unlimited sites and manager logins, and the staff phone app. There’s one plan, so nothing is held back.

How does the free trial work?

30 days of everything. You’ll need a card to start, but you’re not charged for the first 30 days, and you’ll get a reminder before your first payment. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Start yours on the Free trial page (one free trial per email and per card), or try the demo straight away.

Is there a contract?

No. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time. After cancelling, you can still see your rotas until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

In the PerfectRota phone app and by email, at no extra cost.
